Policies & Etiquette
Our goal is to provide you with an exceptional and elevated experience in a safe and
hygienic environment each time you visit iamoxxi. The following policies are designed to
ensure we meet your expectations and provide you with the best possible service when
you arrive for your appointment. Our commitment to quality encompasses all aspects of
your visit to ensure you have a positive and memorable experience. With your
commitment to following these expectations we aim to ensure we are your premier
beauty destination.
Appointment & Reservation Policy
The easiest and most efficient way to reserve an appointment at iamoxxi. is by going to
our website and booking online. You will be required to pay a 50% deposit of the total
services booked with a credit or debit card to reserve your appointment. The deposit is
fully refundable with 24 hours prior notice in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
To prevent fraud we do not allow the payment method on file used to reserve your appointment to be automatically charged at the completion of your service. The payment
method you would like to use for your service must be presented and processed through
the kiosks at the front desk.
Punctuality & Late Arrival Policy
To ensure we are able to provide an exceptional experience to you and all our clients at
iamoxxi., please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. As a courtesy
to our clients, we do allow for a 10 minute grace period and a consolidated appointment.
Arriving for your appointment 10+ minutes after your scheduled time will result in your appointment being cancelled and your deposit becoming non-refundable. By providing
your credit card to reserve an appointment you accept the terms of our Punctuality & Late
Arrival Policy and agree to have your credit card charged for the scheduled services.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we kindly ask for 24 hours notice.
If you do not notify us of your need to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your
appointment the 50% deposit will become non-refundable. You can cancel or reschedule
your appointment by calling and speaking with one of our Client Experience
Coordinators, or by cancelling or rescheduling your appointment online at iamoxxi.com.
By default, you should receive an appointment confirmation when you make your
reservation and an appointment reminder 24 hours before each appointment unless you
opt out of notifications on our salon software platform. By providing your credit card to
reserve an appointment you accept the terms of our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
and agree to have your credit card charged for the scheduled services
No Show Policy
If you do not show up for your appointment by the end of the 10 minute grace period and
did not cancel or reschedule your appointment, your 50% deposit will become nonrefundable. By providing your credit card to reserve an appointment you accept the terms
of our No Show Policy and agree to have your credit card charged for the scheduled
services.
Children Policy
To ensure we offer an exceptional client experience in a relaxing environment, we kindly
request for children to come to the salon only when the child is receiving a service. All
clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the entire
appointment. Children are not allowed to wait in the salon unless they are being serviced
and accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Pet Policy
To ensure we remain in compliance with best practices and all state and local rules and
regulations, we kindly ask that you do not bring your pets into the salon. It is against the
Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation’s (DBPR) rules for animals
to be inside a salon unless you have a service animal, which is consistent with the
Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Service animals are dogs and miniature horses
that are on a leash or harness, housebroken, and trained to provide assistance to an
individual with a disability. Service animals are working animals, not pets. The work or
task a service animal has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person’s disability. All other animals, including dogs and miniature horses, that do not specifically provide assistance to an individual with a disability, are not considered to be service
animals. All service animals must be under the control and direction of its handler at all
times while in the salon.
Phone and Video Call Policy
To keep iamoxxi. a relaxing an enjoyable environment for everyone, we kindly ask that
you do not have any phone calls or video calls during your service or in the waiting area,
including and especially calls and video on speaker phone. If you do need to take a call
while in the salon we ask that you do so quickly and quietly. If you must step out please
check with your service provider to make sure there is time to do so.
Service Correction Policy
To ensure we have a thorough understanding of your goals and to meet your
expectations, please discuss your questions, comments and concerns with your service
provider during the consultation prior to your appointment. We understand there are
times when adjustments may need to be made if you are dissatisfied with the results of the service you received due to a fault of one of our service providers, and in this case we
are happy to schedule a complimentary service correction at iamoxxi. Please contact the
salon within 72 hours of the service date so we can schedule a follow up consultation
promptly, where we will discuss what needs to be done to correct the service to achieve
your desired outcome within 7 days of your original appointment.
Service Corrections are scheduled in the same manner as regular appointments and are
scheduled with the same service provider who provided the service. However, in the case
that the original service provider is unavailable or if you would feel more comfortable
with a different service provider an exception can be made. While iamoxxi. does notprovide refunds for services performed, we will certainly work with you to make any
required modifications to the original service request provided at no charge to you.
Product Returns
All products purchased at iamoxxi. are eligible for an exchange or a refund. Refunds are
accepted for unopened, unused products with your original receipt. You can receive a full
refund up to 14 days after the purchase date, with the amount credited back to the original
payment method.
Payment Policy
Payment in full for all services will be taken at the front desk after the completion of all
services booked for the appointment. To prevent fraud, iamoxxi. does not allow the
payment method on file used to reserve your appointment to be automatically charged at
the completion of for your service. The payment method you would like to use for your
service must be presented and processed through the kiosks at the front desk. We accept
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google
Pay. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH
Gratuities Policy
To streamline our business operations and to provide transparent pricing, we do not
accept tips or any form of gratuities.
Hair Color Policy
To make sure that the hair coloring process will be performed safely and your desired
results are achieved, we will perform a test strand before hair color and bleach services.
A test strand is the process of taking a small section of your hair that our Hair Stylists and
Barbers will color or bleach before performing the color service. The reason a test strand
is performed at iamoxxi. is because we need to make sure the hair is healthy to withstand
a chemical process. If your hair is dry or damaged, the hair could become brittle or may
not be able to hold the color during or after the color service. Test strands also help our
Hair Stylists and Barbers determine the best techniques to apply during your color
service.
New hair color clients at iamoxxi. will need to fill out a form online in advance before the hair color consultation to help your service provider get an understanding of your hair
condition and history. The form will be reviewed by your Hair Stylist or Barber, and will
be discussed during the complimentary hair color service consultation at which time your service provider your stylist will also be able to go over all investment and maintenance
costs. Please let your service provider know if you have any allergies or product
sensitivities.
Hair Extension Policy
All hair extension services at iamoxxi. require a complimentary consultation prior to
installation where your Hair Stylist will be able to get an understanding of your hair
goals, including the shade, length and density you desire to match the look you want to
achieve. Your hair will be matched to your desired color and your Hair Stylist will then
be able to go over all investment and maintenance costs to maintain your new extensions.
Please let your service provider know if you have any allergies or product sensitivities.
Eyelash & Eyebrow Policy
Prior to your first or next eyelash extension service at iamoxxi. you will receive a
complimentary consultation with one of our Eyelash Technicians. For your safety, you will be required to receive a complimentary Patch Test 24-48 hours before your first
eyelash extension appointment with iamoxxi. to ensure you have no signs of irritation or
adverse reactions.
If you would like to make a Lash Lift, Eyebrow Lamination or Eyebrow Tint]ing services
you also have the preference of receiving a Patch Test 24-48 hours before your first
eyelash extension appointment at iamoxxi. Please let your service provider know if you
have any allergies or product sensitivities.
Additional Policies
To provide unrestricted access to the neck, shoulders or other relevant areas during your
service, iamoxxi. kindly asks that you remove any outer layers of clothing before your
service begins. iamoxxi. is not responsible for any damage to your clothing caused by
services you receive.
iamoxxi. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
