Application process for applicants that are selected to advance through each step:
- Submit resume and fill out job application online and answer prescreening questions
- Phone Interview with the Salon Director lasting approximately 30 minutes
- In-Person Interview with Salon Director and possibly a salon consultant lasting approximately 30-60 minutes
- Verbal Offer extended
- Background Check
- Submission of an active FL professional license in good standing for services to be performed in the salon
- Pass a background check
- Offer Letter extended
